ETHIOSUQ RESELLER AGREEMENT
By registering as an EthioSuq reseller, you agree to the following terms:
- Verification Requirement
All resellers must submit a valid Ethiopian National ID for verification before account activation. EthioSuq reserves the right to reject incomplete or invalid documents. - Code of Conduct & Compliance
You agree to:- Follow all EthioSuq rules, operational guidelines, and Ethiopian commercial regulations.
- Refrain from making false, defamatory, or negative statements (written or verbal) about EthioSuq, its partners, or its team.
- Avoid posting or sharing any content that harms EthioSuq’s reputation on social media or public platforms.
- Maintain professional, respectful communication with EthioSuq staff and customers at all times.
- Failed Delivery Fee
A penalty of 300 ETB will be charged to your account for every failed delivery, regardless of distance. This amount will be automatically deducted from your pending balance. - Payout Terms
- Minimum payout threshold: 3,000 ETB
- Payouts are processed no earlier than 3 days after the request is submitted.
- Payouts will not be processed on Sundays or official Ethiopian public holidays.
- EthioSuq reserves the right to adjust payout schedules with prior notice.
- Customer & Legal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for handling customer complaints, processing refunds, resolving delivery disputes, and complying with all applicable Ethiopian consumer laws. EthioSuq is not liable for issues arising from your independent operations. You agree to indemnify EthioSuq against any legal claims resulting from your actions or omissions. - Account Suspension & Termination
EthioSuq may suspend or terminate your reseller account immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to maintain required standards. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved within Ethiopian jurisdiction.
