I lost my receipt. Can I still return products?
Unfortunately we always require proof of purchase and will not accept returns without it. The receipt that you receive when you purchase the item is your proof of purchase and it is the customers responsibility to keep this receipt.
The pre-order service provides you with convenience to order your favourite products online, from the comfort of your home. Your pre-order items will be reserved and made available for your collection.

Follow these easy steps
Your goods will be hand-delivered by EthioSuQ Team directly to your Location. Please make sure you print out your order confirmation e-mail that has your order number on it, as this will be proof of your pre-order.
We are in the process of finalizing card payment as an option. For now though we are only accepting cash payments and bank transfer or Mobile Banking.
When you place your order we will sent an email to your registered email address.
If you have any problems placing your order via the website please make sure that you have inserted confirmation code after entered your phone number and your order will be placed immediately.
